Shifted Seal and Serial Number Misprint
These misprints are popular because they are obviously dramatically misprinted. Most shifted serial number and seal misprints come in uncirculated condition. This is because the error is quickly noticed and kept pristine.
The shift error can go either right or left. The more severe the misprint is, the more the note will be worth.
A shifted seal or serial number misprint in perfect condition will be worth about $400. The same note in circulated condition (like below) should be worth around $100.
