One hundred dollar bills with red serial number and red seals can be from two different series:
Small size red seal one hundred dollar bills are very popular. They are affordable and they are strikingly different from the standard green seal small face $100 bills. 1966 $100 red seals are more common than 1966A $100 bills. However, the series of 1966 did produce star notes and the 1966A series did not. Series of 1966 $100s can have low serial numbers. 1966A $100 bills all have six and seven digit serial numbers.
